Access to free healthcare services is expanding across Louisiana through a series of community clinics designed to reach individuals and families in need.
Free medical, dental, and vision clinics are being held in multiple cities, offering services such as medical exams, treatment of chronic conditions, dental cleanings and extractions, eye exams, and prescription glasses. Prescription medications are also available at no cost.
“These clinics help remove barriers to care and ensure more residents can access essential health services,” said Dr. Stewart Gordon, Chief Medical Officer of Louisiana Healthcare Connections.
The clinics operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not require insurance or identification. Services are provided by volunteer healthcare professionals committed to supporting community wellness.
By partnering with local organizations and volunteers, these clinics help extend care beyond traditional settings and reach individuals who may otherwise go without medical services.
